How are other providers managing the shortage of allied health therapists currently, and the impact this has on participants when they start with a therapist eg BIS Clinician, who suddenly leaves 3 months in, and participant and staff need to start again with a new clinician at participants cost

Yes, the shortage of allied health practitioners is very difficult to manage. When a team member gives notice, they are required to complete their part of the summary report and a handover summary, so the work completed does not get lost.
