What is the NDS Communities platform?

The NDS Communities platform is a space for communities and individuals in the sector to come together, to learn from each other. Whatever situation you might be facing as a service provider or disability professional, the chances are, another has insight to share. 

NDS Communities gives our members the opportunity to share rich knowledge and experience, build industry connections and undertake professional development to grow individually and as a thriving disability sector.

Why should I join?

The NDS Communities platform gives NDS and NDP members the ability to share advice, resources and experiences, ask questions and connect with individuals within the sector by joining communities the NDP Community is now live. 

How to join NDS Communities?

The NDP Community component within NDS Communities platform is now live.

The NDS Communities platform is accessible to all NDP members. NDP aims to empower, support and develop the Australian disability workforce by equipping members with the information and tools they need to deliver the best services to people with disability. 

By joining NDP, you will gain member access to the communities and member-only information available on NDS Communities platform.

  • NDP's Workforce Virtual Conference - Registrations Open!

     

    We are thrilled to announce that early-bird registrations for NDP’s Workforce Virtual Conference to be held on Tuesday 20 June 2023 are now open!

    This one-day virtual conference will focus on the hot topics and challenges faced by the disability workforce. NDP members can register for the early-bird price of just $99 until Saturday 20 May.

    With a mix of theory and practice, strategic considerations and issues currently being faced by the disability workforce, the conference will be relevant to everyone working in the disability sector.
