First aid requirements vary depending on the role. Office staff typically do not need a first aid certificate unless they regularly interact with vulnerable individuals. However, all support workers are required to have a current CPR and resuscitation certificate valid within the last six months, as part of the onboarding process. Full-time and part-time staff when requiring a new certification will have their first aid certification covered by the company, while casual staff will need to arrange and cover the cost themselves. this can vary between company's but the stated is what i have come across, hope I have been some kind of help. love this community ��
