Hello,

We are small organisation 8 houses/30 Residents, we have found it pretty quick and easy to do our fortnightly payment requests individually.   When PACE is rolled out, we will no longer have this option, so we are preparing to do bulk uploading.  I've read the self-help guide and other documents, however they don't drill down specifically in to how to claim SIL.  Does anyone know of a specific SIL bulk uploading instructions document I may have missed OR is anyone willing to provide us with advice re how you enter the Quantity, Hours, Unit Price and Claim Type?  More than happy to pay someone for their time.
