Hi, My name is Matt.
I am a person living with disability working to improve the outcomes for others in my community.
I have experienced the disability sector on both sides as a provider of service across the sector and a customer, this gives the the unique perspective of the industry, the barriers faced by the disability community and how to build capacity towards breaking them down for people.
Participant that I have worked with have gone onto:
Move out of home to live independently
Gained meaningful employment
Studying in areas that they wish to work in at universities TAFE’S and private RTO’s
Supporting participants to achieve things they and their families thought out out of reach is the fuel that drives me.
Watching them go from strength is my passion.
