The only way I would do it is do minimum maintenance eg lawns once a month for a cost that doesn't come out of the plan. Once home it would work like a spring clean to bring things back up to speed. I think I would start by working in another company that provides these services to make sure its what you really want to do. I would also learn from them and how they run their business. From my point of view for the case described duty of Care would dictate an ambulance be called. In a lesser case panadol has been listed as a PRN and isn't a prescription drug so I would get some from the local supermarket or petrol station. We can all learn so much from the commitment, hard work and determination just to individually fundraise to get there before the comp even starts.
